Are you into electro music? Busy P’s track Rainbow Man, another track from the Ed Banger Records might be for you! The track is very basic, almost somewhat monotone when it comes to the synths because they’re not melodic at all. The track is filled with pulsating beats, buzzing synths that might remind you of robots walking!!!! Everything is looped over and over again so this track does get quite repetitive after a minute or two into the song.

While listening to “Lights Out” by Santogold, it did not sound like her typical tracks at all (it sounded like some pop-y rock track), then switching to Creator, which is more electronica/RnB sound to it. Crystal Castles is a Toronto based duo that produced, must I say: one of the hottest electro tracks at the moment especially when it comes to their remixes (on my playlist anyways). If you’re into Calvin Harris, JUSTICE, Ladytron, MSTRKRFT you’ll be into this band! How do they sound like? Hmm.. they use very interesting synths that might remind you of corny midis that you’d find on oldschool Gameboy Games, but for some reason, it actually works well with their tracks without coming out cheesy. Other then that, you have female and/or male vocals that blend in well with the basic electro beats. All of their tracks are quite basic, nothing fancy there but it works for their tracks. Some of their tracks sound very similar to one another… so here’s a list of tracks that I personally think are their best (from their albums & remixes that they’ve released).
